COST Action Training School, Uppsala (Sweden), May 2012

This a COST financed activity. The training School will be hosted by SLU and UPPMAX/UPPNEX. Topics will include de novo assembly, variant calling, RNAseq and genome annotation.

Deadline for applications: 15 February 2012

The Selected students (20) for the Action BM1006 (10) for Action FA0806 and (10) for Action TD0801 were notified the 15th of March 2012. The selection was done by respective Action Management Committee. The COST Training School is free of charge. The selected students will receive a grant of 1000€ to support travel and daily allowance after completion of the course.
